Booking a diving cruise in Indonesia is a big undertaking—both timewise, and financially. When making a booking, be sure that your contractual partner is insured against insolvency, and that your money is in good hands.

As a German operator, we adhere to the strictest policies and all our customer bookings are fully protected against insolvency, both under EU and German law. This means that, even in the unlikely case that we should go bankrupt, your money will still be safe and insured—at no extra cost.

After making your deposit, you will receive an invoice, a packing list, further information for arrival and departure, as well as a detailed tour confirmation, and your Secured Payment Certificate ("Sicherungsschein"). This legal document is insurance for charter holidays pursuant to § 651 k of the German Civil Code. The insurance company issuing the certificate on behalf of Ventura TRAVEL ensures the person making the booking, and all fellow travelers, that as a result of insolvency or opening of insolvency proceedings against Ventura TRAVEL assets, the following shall be reimbursed by the insurance company:

The traveling price paid to the extent that the travel services do not take place
Necessary expenditure incurred by the traveler for the return journey
